YOLAS CONSULTANTS Employs professional staff of about 200 engineers, technicians, and planners on permanent basis while other professionals are employed when required on specific project assignment.

Most of YOLAS' professional staff has advanced degrees. Many are registered professional engineers or are affiliated with professional societies relevant to their disciplines. YOLAS' staff members have authored and published many technical papers, articles and monograms in various professional and technical journals.

YOLAS' staff is National in character, while all staff members are fluent in English language, many have multilingual capability in:
Yoruba; Hausa, Ibo, Baruten, Ibiobio, Kanuri, Tiv, Idoma, Ebira, Nupe and other Nigerian languages, therefore, making YOLAS at home at any location across the country.

YOLAS CONSULTANTS' headquarters is located in Ilorin; the capital city of Kwara State - State of Harmony; located in the central part of Nigeria and enjoying easy access across the country; with additional permanent offices in Lagos and Abuja.

YOLAS CONSULTANTS' current project offices include: Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Apapa Port & Surulere in Lagos, Ogbomosho and Kaduna.

The Corporate organization of YOLAS CONSULTANTS is structured to assure the highest quality of services within the established budget. This structure is as follows:

  • A principal - in - charge; responsible for sourcing of project and coordination of firm's activities including quality assurance.
  • A project coordinator who coordinates all projects in addition to preparation of proposals, contract documents. Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs), project takeoff schemes and quality.
  • Project Managers are in charge of all field operations and project management.
  • Highly experienced technical staff as called for in the project's terms of reference

In addition, our corporate management monitors project progress on a regular basis and assigns Corporate resources to meet tight deadlines as necessary.

To supplement in-house staff resources, YOLAS CONSULTANTS maintains a computerized professional registry of over 300 highly qualified professionals in multiple disciplines.

This registry is updated on a continuous basis and allows the firm to quickly select staff for short and long term assignments.
